When you've watched the video, and completed your assessment (see below) you can crack on going through the various resources in whatever order suits you. Don't forget to check back often as updates to each section will happen every month.
Please remember that you are on a lifelong wellness journey. If you are currently poorly, it will have most likely taken many years to get yourself into this state, so please don't expect to be fixed overnight. If you want to avoid serious illness, and you follow some of the guidance within the HUB you may minimise your risk of becoming ill.

Be honest with yourself. Write down every scrap of what goes into your mouth in terms of food and drink. No matter how small or large the portions, be a accurate as you can.
Follow the instructions and perhaps share your results and findings within the CLUB Facebook page . You may find a kindred spirit who is willing to partner with you as peer mentors - helping each other to keep on track and root for each other.
If you haven't yet completed your Perfect 10 assessment, then do so now. It's important you know what your starting point is, so that you can look back and give yourself a pat on the back and congratulate yourself on your progress as you work through the resources in the HUB.
I recommend you keep a food diary - see opposite, regardless of which of the Perfect 10 categories you decide to start with. Your Behaviour section is a great place to go to next because your Behaviour sets the scene for your whole life.
